Gorillas is on a mission to redefine convenience retail. With their ten-minute grocery deliveries, they are disrupting the supermarket space – one of the biggest markets still in the hands of traditional players. The organisation turned to Movemeon to receive a shortlist of high-calibre applicants with experience in using data to make strategic decisions and, as well as extensive consulting experience from a top-tier strategy firm.

- Interest in the grocery/convenience market
- Prior experience in building and leading teams

Movemeon Success Manager Sophia reached out to the successful candidate after a conversation with the company on their needs for the Head of Supply Chain role. As the successful candidate had previous experience in Supply Chains and Logistics, both as a Manager at EY and in freelance projects, they seemed like a great fit for the role. The candidate hadn’t really considered permanent roles at this time, but this job looked so interesting that they applied immediately after Sophia reached out.
During the interview process, Gorillas realised that this candidate would be an even better fit for the Head of Commercial Ops and Marketplace position and offered them the role. The whole process from start to offer lasted only 16 days.
Movemeon then introduced Gorillas to another candidate, who was then hired for the Head of Supply Chain role.
